Returns Policy

You may return any un-used item 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You have to notify us as soon as you know you need to return a item. You can call us at 800-485-4319 or email us at info@vippremiumblends.com. Once you notify us we will give you a RMA# (return merchandise authorization) that you will write on your box, No returns are acepted with out a RMA#.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR U.S. Customers and it is regular ground shipping. If you need expedited or even "overnight shipping" then place your order and in the "comment" section during checkout write us a message of how soon you need the product and we will call you with an exact shipping quote for your order.

International Customers: All International orders will not ship until we have made contact with you and you have paid for the international shipping charges. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, mainly our "Photo Shoot" Tan Can. We cannot ship this product via any air shipping service.
