Private Labeling:

The available options for private labeling are:

1. You provide your labels to us. We provide the specifications for the containers you choose and for our labeling machine. You have your labels printed and forwarded to us. We will store your labels in our climate controlled label room for all future orders. If you have a 'special' type of bottle or package, of your own, they can also be forwarded to us for your orders.

2. If labels are furnished by us for you, your label design is created "in-house" by our graphic arts department with a 'flat rate' fee of $200 for Tanning Solution labels and $300 for most other labels. Minimum order of P.L. Tanning Solutions is 24 gallons. They are packaged based on your needs, using our stock 16oz, 32oz, 64oz, and 128oz containers. All our formulas come with a guaranteed? 1yr shelf life with proper storage.

3. Due to some design intricacies or amount of labels needed, an outside printer and or designer service may be required. If this is the case, we will put you in contact with reputable companies, whose services we have tried and proven over the years. This allows you to know you are receiving the best deal and quality service possible for your design work and printing needs. We will store your un-used labels at our warehouse in a climate controlled room for your future orders.

In-House Design & Printing

We provide imaginative label design and printing for most Sunless products. Our graphic arts department can work from an existing label concept or create a selection of original designs for your consideration.

Custom Formulation:

Once your product's characteristics are finalized our team of specialists and formulators will design your product making sure that it fits your precise requirements. We offer several 'house' formulas that can be tweaked as easily as changing the scent, going un-scented, or we can custom build your formula from the ground up.

Performance Testing:

We will be the first to test out your new formula. After passing our stringent performance testing standards, we will provide a range of samples for your evaluation. Your feedback at this stage is vital to provide a product that perfectly fits your needs. Move forward with your testing on your end, and supply back to us the R & D forms that arrive with your sample package. When we review your feedback on the R & D forms, we will make any needed adjustments.

If changes were made, we will re-send a 2nd batch of samples. 9 out of 10 times if we must send a 2nd batch of samples it is for a minor tweak and the formulas are usually approved from the 2nd batch.
