* Option 1 and the most popular:
"Piggy Back Program" - 24 gallon minimum - Choose one of our exsisting proven "house blends" to be your solutions base formula. We will then make a adjustment of the fragrence to the blend so it is proprietary to your soultions only. Your run of 24 gallons can be 1 to 3 different strengths.
* Your run of 24 gallons will then be bottled and packaged to your requests using our stock Gallon or 32oz bottles.
Option 2: Custom Formulation Blend: 50 Gallons of each strength in your line minimum.
You will discuss your vision and specific wants and requests for your custom blend with one of our "formula formulation experts." After we gather all the information from you we will start the R & D to develope your blend.
Once we are 100% satisfied with the final product and after it goes through our very own vigorous testing phase will we then send you a "pilot sample" of the completed blend. Along with your samples you recieve will be a "Private Label Sample Submission" form. You will test your samples and then fill out this form describing the results of your testing of your new formula. If any tweaks or adjustments need to be performed after your evaluation of your blend then we will make the changes per your requests and re-submit a 2nd round of samples for your approval. Once you approve your own tanning solution blend we will schedule production.
* Your solution will be packaged in stock Gallon or 32oz bottles to your requests. Should you have or want different bottles for your line we can accomodate you there by you shipping them to us for your production run.
* Labeling: 99% of our clients nowadays do their own designing as it seems everyone knows somebody who uses Photoshop! :) With that being said......We will provide you all information needed and all we ask is before you go to print that we get to see and approve that your label design is ready for print. Should you need help with label designing we can provide that service to you for a fee.
